We sell a selection of beautiful hand-turned wooden bowls and vases at our tearoom, supplied by a farmer from Appleby, who crafts each unique piece with skill and care. Made with a variety of different woods, such as oak and yew, these are perfect for a gift or a memento of the stunning Teesdale area.

Pottery from Wolf Wood Studio

Just North of the tearoom, set in the heart of the County Durham countryside, Wolf Wood Studio is where independent pottery artist Tabby Michelin creates her elegant and timeless ceramic pieces, ranging from bowls and pouring jugs, to vases and match-pots.

With glazes inspired by both Eastern Asia and the rolling Teesdale landscapes, Tabby’s stunning work is sure to catch your eye.
